Kati Fritzsche has been leading the Rotkäppchen Erlebniswelt in Freyburg (Unstrut) since early 2023 – a destination that celebrates not only Germany’s most iconic sparkling wine brand, but also its vibrant community. With over 15 years of experience in brand communication, event strategy, and digital formats, she is known for creating immersive brand experiences that connect, inspire, and leave a lasting impression.

Her career spans roles at Leipziger Messe, mellowmessage, and Seven Senders, always with a focus on making brands tangible through experience. Since 2020, she has played a key role in shaping the Rotkäppchen Erlebniswelt – first as project lead, now as strategic and operational head. Under her leadership, the brand home has evolved into a hands-on, interactive space that goes far beyond traditional brand displays.

Despite its rural location, the Erlebniswelt attracts tens of thousands of visitors annually – a testament to the strength of the concept, the emotional pull of the brand, and the deep regional integration. The local community is not just involved, but actively co-creating the experience. Internally, the team culture is marked by genuine enthusiasm and shared ownership, making every visit feel personal and authentic.

Her current focus includes the celebration of Rotkäppchen’s 170th anniversary, featuring an innovative regional concept with a curated cycling experience, as well as the development of new retail and event formats that continue to evolve the brand space in fresh and meaningful ways.
