Philipp Gamper

Head of marketing Swarovski KristallWelten

Philipp Gamper is Head of Marketing at Swarovski Kristallwelten, where he oversees brand communication, PR, CRM, travel marketing, and live communication for one of Austria’s most visited cultural attractions. With more than 20 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, and experience design, he has shaped immersive visitor journeys and award‑winning live events that connect global audiences with the Swarovski brand.
 
Before taking on his current role, Philipp spent several years leading events and live communication for Swarovski Kristallwelten and held senior positions in digital and brand communication at Swarovski and BMW Group. His career spans both strategic and hands‑on expertise across omnichannel marketing, social media, eCommerce, and experiential brand activation.
 
Philipp is an active contributor to the international attractions and experience community, serving on the IAAPA EMEA Education Committee, the VDFU Akademie, Austrian Leading Sights, the Future Museum network, and the Advisory Board of the Brand Experience Center Conference. He is also a long‑standing lecturer at several universities, teaching marketing, digital strategy, and experience design.
