General

The Brand Experience Center Conference is the annual professional conference for brand home owners and operators. It brings together a select group of practitioners from across the world to share knowledge, discuss challenges, and advance the field.

The Brand Experience Center Conference is designed for professionals who own, operate, or manage brand experience centres. This is the majority of the attendees. A minority are designers, technical system providers, ticket system providers and consultants

We have a maximum capacity for two reasons: One of our goals is to keep the conference intimate, enabling anyone to meet each other during the conference. Second reason is that our participants prefer to have the conference at a European Brand Experience Center. With a too large group this becomes challenging.

The conference is organised for and with brand home owners and operators. Therefore the majority of the attendees should be attending from this group. Currently we hold 60% of all tickets for brand home owners and operators and 40% for industry partners, who are defined as designers, technical system suppliers, ticket system suppliers and consultants. Industry partners can register a maximum of two people per organisation.

The first selection is made by the organisers. If needed the organisers will ask the opinion of the Advisory Board

Registration is handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Brand home owners and operators always have priority and can register as long as places are available. For industry partners, we maintain a waiting list once the 40% allocation is full. If a place becomes available, we contact the next person on the list. This keeps the right balance between the two groups throughout the conference.

Attending

Registration starts after summer 2026. Keep an eye on this website or follow us on LinkedIn to be notified when tickets become available.

A full conference ticket gives you access to the complete programme across all three days, including all sessions, workshops, and roundtables. Networking events and meals during the conference are also included. Travel and accommodation are not; more details on recommended options will follow closer to the event.

The full programme for 2027 will be published after summer 2026. It will cover topics across operations, strategy, technology, design, and management, with a mix of keynotes, workshops, and roundtables. Sessions are selected by our Advisory Board with a focus on practical relevance for brand home professionals.

As soon as registration starts we will publish a list of recommended hotels with special Brand Experience Center rates.

Swarovski Kristallwelten is located in Wattens, in the Austrian Tyrol; about 20 kilometres east of Innsbruck.

By air Innsbruck Airport (INN) has direct connections from several European cities in January, including London, Amsterdam, Stockholm, Helsinki, Düsseldorf, and Hamburg. Airlines operating seasonal winter routes include easyJet, British Airways, Eurowings, Finnair, SAS, and Transavia. Schedules vary by year, so check current availability when booking.

For those flying via a larger hub, Munich Airport (MUC) is a practical alternative. The drive from Munich Airport to Innsbruck takes approximately 2 hours and covers around 170 kilometres. Car rental is available at the airport; a direct coach service also runs between Munich Airport and Innsbruck.

By train Innsbruck is well connected by rail to major cities including Vienna, Zurich, and Munich. From Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof, ÖBB trains run to Fritzens-Wattens every 30 minutes, with a journey time of approximately 16 minutes. From Fritzens-Wattens station, a RegioFlink shuttle connects to Swarovski Kristallwelten directly. Swarovski also operates an e-shuttle bus between Innsbruck Main Station and Kristallwelten five times a day.

By car Wattens is directly accessible from the A12 Inntal motorway (exit Wattens). Parking at the venue is available

Speaking

Yes. We welcome proposals from practitioners with relevant experience to share. Sessions are reviewed by our Advisory Board, which includes senior professionals from the field. If you’re interested, please get in touch to discuss your idea before the June 24th.

We prioritise sessions that go beyond the theoretical; case studies, lessons learned, and honest conversations about what works and what doesn’t. Topics can span operations, visitor experience, technology, brand strategy, team management, or design. Interactive formats such as workshops and roundtables are just as welcome as presentations.

We don’t offer a speaker fee, but selected speakers receive a complimentary full conference ticket; giving you access to the complete programme and three days of networking with peers from across the industry. Travel and accommodation are not covered

All session proposals are reviewed by the Advisory Board; a group of senior professionals from the brand home sector. Their input shapes the programme and helps ensure relevance for the audience.

Sponsoring

We offer a number of interesting sponsorship packages. For an overview, please check here. Given the focused size of the event, visibility is high and the audience is senior and specialist. Full details are available on request; reach out to us directly to discuss what fits your objectives.

The conference is supported by a select group of sponsors whose work is relevant to brand home professionals, across designers, technology system integrators, ticket system integrators, brand homes and consultants.  We’re deliberate about keeping the sponsor roster small so it stays meaningful for both sponsors and attendees.

Sponsorship and speaking are treated separately. Sponsors may have visibility through other means depending on the package, but session slots are allocated based on content merit only, reviewed by the Advisory Board, not on commercial arrangements.

Yes. Within the 40% of tickets reserved for industry partners, we always ensure that each sponsor can attend with at least one representative.
