Location
The 2027 edition of the Brand Experience Center Conference will take us to Wattens, on only 20 minutes from Innsbruck in Austria, between snowy white mountain tops. The small town of Wattens attract annually around 600.000 visitor annually for the world famous Swarovski Kristallwelten, our unique home for the 2027 edition of the Brand Experience Center conference!
The opening reception
We open BECC 2027 the way Tirol does it. The Gundolf family has been hosting Tyrolean evenings in Innsbruck since 1967, and by January 2027 that is sixty years of the same family on the same stage. Live folk music, dancing, yodelling, drinks, Austrian food and enough time to pick up the conversations you left in Dublin or meet new people.
There is a reason we start here. Tirol is a brand on its own, and the Gundolf family has been part of building it. Before we talk about brand experience for the next two days, we spend an evening inside one.
The Conference
The conference itself takes place at Swarovski Kristallwelten. The venue combines the public attraction with a modern conference centre, which means delegates spend two days inside an operating Brand Experience Center, a great example of what the conference is about.
Network dinner
The first conference day ends underground. Dinner is served in the Blue Hall, the room where every visitor to Swarovski Kristallwelten begins, with walls in International Klein Blue and a Dalí, a Warhol and a Niki de Saint Phalle in the room with us. Afterwards the Chambers of Wonder are open to us for the evening. Wander through at your own pace, glass in hand, and take the conversation with you from room to room.
